Refund, Cancellation & Credit Policy

At GTC Informatics, we believe in building long-term trust with our learners and clients. While we put every effort into delivering the highest-quality training experience, we also recognize the importance of having a fair and transparent refund and cancellation framework.

Money-Back Assurance

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you find that a program does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund during the initial stage of the training. Such requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

Cancellation by Participants
  • Requests for cancellation or postponement should be submitted well in advance of the program start date.
  • A nominal administrative charge will apply to cover booking and resource allocation costs.
  • Late cancellations, where training resources are already committed, may not qualify for a refund but may be eligible for training credit.
Rescheduling by GTC Informatics

While rare, situations may arise where we may need to reschedule or adjust training dates, instructors, or delivery format. In such cases, you will be offered flexible options, including:

  • Joining the revised schedule
  • Applying the fee as a credit towards another course
  • Requesting a full refund
Credit Usage
  • Credits are provided as a flexible alternative to refunds in certain scenarios.
  • They can be redeemed for any training program or consulting service offered by GTC Informatics.
  • All credits carry a validity period of 3 months from the date of issue.
General Terms
  • Refunds and credits are processed within a defined timeline after verification of requests.
  • Participation in a program confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • GTC Informatics reserves the right to update this policy periodically to ensure fairness and compliance.
